  Networking Lunch, Golf & Dinner - $140

• Final deadline to register is September 1st.
• Registration is 1st come, 1st served.
• Golfers will receive a tax receipt in the amount of $25 from the Ottawa Regional Cancer Foundation following the event.
• To be eligible to win the Betty Tweedy Mixed Team Low Net trophy, you must have a team that has at least one player of each gender.
• Registrations for singles, twosomes and threesomes will be accepted. The tournament committee will place you in a group of four.
• Telephone entries will not be accepted.
• You may register your group without providing the names of all golfers, however, early bird prices will be based on the date that all information is provided for each golfer AND the date that full payment for each golfer is received by the tournament committee. For example, if you register only 2 of your 4 golfers by the early bird deadline, you must pay regular fees for the remaining two spots registered after the deadline.
